Booking an Appointment

If you are booking your first appointment with us, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your appointment, as well as your full name, email address (for confirmation purposes) and the best number to reach you at, just in case we need to call you.

Those without a credit card will be invited to take a chance at dropping in as a walk-in guest or to pre-pay their service at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Appointments are always recommended as we cannot often take walk-in guests.

We ask that you come about 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give you time to fill out our Client Consultation Form.

Appointment Reminders

If we have your email on file, you will be emailed an appointment reminder. All Dolled Up is not responsible if you do not receive the email, forget your appointment, or mix up the time.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes. After this grace period, we will consider the appointment a “No Show” and the appointment may be given away if we haven’t heard from you. So, if you’re running behind, please give us a call! If your appointment has been given away, you will be charged the full service fee.

Our appointments are booked in specific time increments and on our busy days (pretty much every day!) we are booked back to back. The late arrival will result in the service being customized to fit in the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments and 48 hours notice for bookings of 3 or more. If these cancellations times are not met, 50% of the service price will be charged.

Please keep in mind that “No Shows” or last minute cancellations leave our Nail Technicians with empty appointment times and as well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot. Failure to show or cancellation with less than one hours notice will be charge the full service price of their booked appointment.

“No Shows”

If you’ve missed your appointment or cancelled with less than one hours notice, you will be charged in full for the total service cost. No exceptions.

Children

While we love children, and many of us have our own, the salon is not an appropriate place to bring your children for your appointment.  This is for your children’s safety and the comfort of our other guests. We appreciate your understanding.
